We are looking for someone to take care of our dogs and home located on Playa La Barrita, Guerrero Mexico. Due to circumstances this season we have acquired 3 dogs, two chihuahuas named Pingpong and Rocky and one medium size Mexican dog named Chula.
Chula is a complete sweetheart, we got her from an animal shelter where she lived for 6 years. The 2 chihuahuas well, fate just landed them in our laps, I call them Thing 1 and Thing 2 ?? They have a wonderful life here; they are free to wander on the property and we have daily beach walks. Now we are coming to the time where we need to return to Canada and are left in a quandary what to do with the dogs. We have 2 back home in Canada, we are in a small space there and have no room for any more pets.
We have a clean rustic habitation that we would offer to the right person or couple. This includes a large kitchen/bedroom, the bedroom has A/C. Attached to the bedroom is a small covered courtyard with a bathroom off that.
We have a campsite, it won’t be busy during the off season, but we still get the occasional traveler passing through. We will hire locals to maintain the campsite and would ask the house sitters to greet the campers and make sure the washroom is presentable. We also need some light watering done, most of the watering is pots and some of the grounds, at least until the rainy season hits. We have WIFI and will keep it connected all year round.
We ultimately would like to have someone long term, about mid-April to mid-October. We would need to overlap for a few days to get the flow of the property, and our flight leaves April 23rd
