Just to introduce ourselves Our names are David & Cheryl Craig and we would like to house sit your house for you.
Just a little about us first. We are 53yrs of age, and have recently retired from Managing Caravan Parks up and down the East Coast. We have many previous house sitting references, We also have references from rental properties and past and existing landlords and employers.
David had a Furniture Removal business in Sydney for many years and has also become quite adept at handyman work from our time in caravan parks, where the managers do everything. We both handle ride-on mowers etc, and can put our hands to most jobs. I have been in the Banking trade, and TAB.
These being positions of responsibility and trust, we are both very efficient at life skills and common sense. We would enjoy caring for your home and pets as if they were our own. We are both highly trained in Hospitality, c/- the NSW Tourism Board. We have also owned and operated restaurants.
We are a very responsible couple, very house and garden proud, and have owned homes previously but have grown out of it. We have 4 children, who have their own families, spread about the state, and 16 grandchildren. During the raising of our brood, we have had numerous pets, including dogs, cats, cows, turkeys, goats, chooks, birds, fish, and the odd tortoise or two, and including all the stray's that were brought home to be heeled or bandaged.
We want to savior our retirement years without the stress and strain of work and intend making this our career as we see new areas. We love to meet new people and explore new regions. We are both non-smokers and I have the occasional wine, David being a coffee addict and we thoroughly enjoy our own company.
Since retiring from work, I now am doing the family genealogy, and we both love to have a fish, or walk tracks and trails. Since recently, we have decided to do a bit of fossicking for a while to see how we go. Love to try new things to do.
