I want someone to stay at my beautiful double wide manufactured home in the Glendale area while I am away visiting family in Seattle, Washington. This person would simply clean up after themselves, and show the house from time to time. It is for sale. There is no gardening to be done, and there are no pets...although I love them I'm allergic to them...might be nice if the person could forward mail...and I would like to check in with a phone call from time to time.
This position could turn out to be longer depending on compatibility, etc. I contemplate a move to Seattle as soon as the house sells. If the housecarer(s) worked out, I would feel comfortable to allow them to stay at my home until it sold.
A criminal background check will be done at your expense...and references will be checked!
Only those who are living/moving to Arizona, have relatives in Arizona, or will be here on legitimate business/incl. attending school here need apply.
I would of course expect you to pay for the gas, electric and telephone while I'm gone. I would also ask a nominal fully refundable security deposit.
