i am on full time travel status for my job...i have a small gingerbread brick home with a garage apt and small yard in central downtown location off the arkansas river.... require yard work...mow yard and trim hedge as needed in the summer...single person preferred. move in date flexible... utilities much lower if you opt to stay in the furnished garage apt.
