We have a small farm (50 acres) just outside of Motueka which is about a 45 minute drive from Nelson. It's close to Abel Tasman and Kahurangi National Parks and the Motueka River. Wonderful walking trails nearby and the beach is only a 15 minute drive. Our land is lovely - quite a few streams and native wetlands at the back We need someone to housesit from 22nd June until 4th August. We have a very friendly cat who loves company and hates to be alone as well as 9 cattle (so some feeding out). We also have 4,000 peonies but they'll be sleeping while we're away! Our 2-bedroom cottage is very nice inside but rather "rustic" from the outside! We have a great fire and HEAPS of wood to keep you warm (it's really very cosy).
