I am looking for a house sitter from the 15th of September to the 6th of October I rent out 1 room in my house to a friend. There is no additional work involved for the housesitter with this but you should be aware that he may be around occasionally. However, he is a restaurant manager and works long hours so I don't see him much.
You will have your own large bedroom with king size bed, shared bathroom and shared kitchen. The bedroom is in a loft conversion and accessed by Ramsay Ladder so not for those afraid of heights or not so mobile! The bedroom has another smaller room off it which is ideal for an office. You would also have sole use of the living room as the lodgers do not use it.
I have a huge garden which you would have to yourself.
There's wireless broadband and free UK phone calls along with cheap international calls. Nice bathroom and a large family kitchen with range cooker and all mod cons. I am looking for someone responsible and mature, who loves animals. You would be welcome to bring your own dog/s. There's a bus stop right outside the house and the house is close to the beach and countryside.
I have 2 dogs which you would be responsible for looking after. The dogs are walked twice a day for an hour each time. They're a greyhound and collie cross (who only has 3 legs). I have work as a dogsitter/walker here. You could take over my clients if you wanted to earn some extra money.
Located in a small village in lovely countryside in South West Scotland. Great public transport routes (bus stop outside door!). 5 miles from the historical port town of Ayr. 30 miles from Glasgow and all the city attractions. Only a few miles from stretches of pristine beach and there is plenty of hillwalking. 10 miles from Prestwick Airport, easily reached (and cheap to get to) by Ryanair. Use of a car is possible. You are welcome to have friends to stay.
I prefer not to leave the dogs home alone for more than four or five hours so please bear this in mind.
