We have an eight year old, two story house with balconies at back and front, in a lovely rural location, just fifteen minutes drive from ALBANY in the Great Southern area of Western Australia. We are ten minutes from untouched beaches and national parks, two minutes walk to Oyster Harbour and beautiful bush walks. We have a gorgeous nine year old labradoodle house dog, who is well trained,(& thinks she is a person) called Chloe. She loves nothing more than chasing a ball on one of the many empty beaches that are all around Albany. We also have a lovely terraced garden, with small lawn, native plants which may need minor maintenance during spring time (weeding). If you love the outdoor life this is for you. Go biking, kayaking or walking. I am an early childhood teacher in Albany and my husband is a field officer, working with apprentices and trainees. We are willing to rent for a small peppercorn amount (+ you pay bills) to know our house, garden and dog will be well cared for whilst we return to visit UK for a year. We have had great housesitters in past and need to find same again. Prefer retired couple, no children.
