LOCATION: ASHMORE 10 min drive to Surfers Paradise 4 min drive to Griffith Uni (Gold Coast Campus / new hospital) 10 min walk to Ashmore Plaza and Ashmore City shopping centres
CONDITIONS: No Smokers No pets No kids No parties
CARE: * fair sized extremely low maintenance native garden - bird attracting, * some pot-plants to water, * pool - can use pool cover to minimise maintenance, * hold mail. * send regular ´s for updates
