My 2 bedroom unit is located close to Hayes St. ferry wharf and a bus stop, both only 15 minutes from Sydney CBD. Neutral Bay Junction is only 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes by bus/car, with cafes, restaurants and a variety of stores.
