After a very successful 1 year housesit we are looking to go away again for 5 month. We are looking for a retired couple to look after our single level 3 bedroom house and to love and care for our Yellow Labrador (Barney) and miniture samoe (Tobi). House is in a very quite area with no noise and very private and is directly across the road from a dog walking park that overlooks a lagoon, hinterland and slight skyline view of the magnificent Gold Coast. reverse cycle airconditioning, renovated 3 bedroom with all modern amenities. Salt water pool and for the colder months a woodstove convection fireplace. 5 minutes drive to Beach, close to all amenities, shops and transport. As this is a long housesit: - electricity, gas and phone will be at the cost of the sitter Must be able to care for low maintanence garden - We are looking for sitters that are house proud and will keep our house clean Must be in a position to meet face to face to be selected. - Non smoking
