We have 2 dogs, both friendly and love to walk, 4 chooks, 2 acres of garden, vegie garden to water and harvest. Our home is very comfortable, 4 bedrooms, tastefully built of stone, rendered brick and timber, on the edge of town, with a good corner store and butcher and coffee shop both a good distance for the energetic walker, or a couple of mins drive. Glen Innes is home to the Australian Celtic Festival held the first w/end in May and has a population of 6,000 with good shopping, including a new Woollies. All sporting activities, a gym, clubs, pubs, restaurants etc. We live 3,000ft above sea level, so is a cool climate, autumn being a lovely time of year here. Our neighbours are very friendly, as are the townspeople.
