Kuranda is a small village in the rainforst approximately 35 minutes from Cairns. Most amenities are availabe including food store, post office, bank, petrol station, restaurants, coffee shops, pubs, church, public swimming pool, tennis courts, and various clubs.
The activities and attractions include bushwalking, bird watching, fishing, waterfalls, markets, river, volcanic lakes, swimming holes, national parks, wildlife, and numberous tourist attractions.
