I require a housesitter to care for my property at Trinity Beach in the Cairns Northern Beaches. Main duty is to care for the pool, which is easy maintainance, collect palm fronds and just general maintainence in the garden, mowing and watering.
Unfortunately I cannot supply a vehicle so you need your own transport. I am 1.7 klms from the beach, 1.3 klms from the local shops and 5.5 klms from the large shopping centre at Smithfield. The bus runs along the end of my street.
The house is a modern 4 bedroom with large outdoor area overlooking the pool. The floor is all tiled so easy care. It is fully air conditioned and has ceiling fans.
Must be non smoker and have references
