Our house is in Richmond annex on a hill with a view of golden gate bridge. I have two nice dogs around 40 lbs in size. The house is a bungalow type 1948 house with a 600 sqft studio behind. This area has nearby access to East Bay regional parks (Tilden/Wildcat canyon) and nice restaurant/walk districts along Solano Ave (Albany), 4th Street (Berkeley) and the Bay trails (Marina Bay).
