We are on 1 acre, 3 dogs, 7 cats and 2 fish. 30mins from the Hunter Valley Vineyards and Newcastle Beaches - 5mins to Morpeth - 10 mins to Maitland or Raymond Terrace. Our dogs are very social and like to be near you - they are indoor dogs - when we are home. We would prefer a mature person, no children, our house is 13years old, in good condition.
