We live on 20 acres in the Nambucca Valley within 5 minutes of wondrous beaches and surf. Our home has 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms/study/ 2 sitting rooms/double garage and pool. The garden is extensive but low maintenance with auto sprinklers.No longer do we have stock to care for but would require sitters to mow around home and care for (heated) pool. All mod cons and close to all amenities and town. Car available for use.
