We have a modest older type home which requires someone to care for it while we are away. We would prefer a mature couple or single,non smoker. No pets only a small garden to weed and a lawn to mow if you are able. It has 3 bedrooms 1 bathroom, family room, deck and large carport which will take a caravan depending on size. We are about 2 hours drive north of Sydney,3/4 hour from the vineyards, 1/2 hour from Nelson Bay. Raymond Terrace has a good shopping centre.
