We are looking for someone to mind our little beautiful terrier / westie named Kennedy for the weekend whilst we go to the snow. She's quiet, sleeps a lot and doesn't really need long walks (around the block twice a day is fine!)..she sleeps inside and would prefer no loud parties etc. If you would like to mind Kennedy but stay in your own accommodation we would be willing to pay a fee.
The Pad - (for photos go to and type in the search 'City Pad in between the 'Villages') Like many of Melbourne's apartment buildings our unique ground floor 2 bedroom apartment is larger than normal space and has been refurbished in a quirky design.
The pad is nestled on Williams Road between the iconic and trendy Toorak and Hawksburn Villages in South Yarra your biggest worry during your stay will be which Village to walk to for your morning coffee! The Pad is located 10 minutes walk from Chapel Street and 4 minutes walk to the Hawksburn train station (no train noise though!) which will take you to the CBD in 7 minutes direct.
It has a freshly renovated kitchen which is separate from the living / dining area it is perfect for the less confident cook who doesn't like to have a permanent audience! The large lounge room and dining nook are a perfect place to relax with a drink in the evenings and the modular lounge from Kings Furniture turns into a double bed easily for a movie night on these cold Melbourne weekends.
As our planned doggie minder fell through we would like to lock something else in for her asap. Look forward to hearing from you! The main bedroom is equipped a super comfy double bed with crispy white linens.
The bathroom has a modern fitout with an exposed brick wall and quite possibly the best shower head in the world (we should tell you we have had many compliments on it!) Fresh towels are also provided.
