Horse and cat lover/ gardener needed. I have work commitments in the North island for 3 months and need a carer(s) for my cat (2 years old, called (full name): "That Cat that the dog brought home") and horses (all elderly years).I'm especially looking for a person that has a connection with horses. I have 5 old horses that are calm and peace-loving. I have already been away for a month and left my house empty and "That Cat" very lonely with a friend of mine calling in daily to check on everyone and everything. That's too much to expect for another 3 months. Warm, comfortable house on a 13 acre lifestyle block. I have a nice house but also elderly and would want someone who is a keen gardener (garden is not large) and takes pride in keeping the place clean and tidy. I have been away recently for 4 months (from April till September) and took my dog and cat with me but the cat was NOT happy and didn't settle in at all. He was thrilled to be home. My horses are all very quiet, friendly and used to being molly-coddled and loved. I don't have a problem if you own a well behaved, house trained dog as "That Cat" is a dog lover.
