I currently live in beautiful Orange County California in a wonderful surfing town called Dana Point. I am from New York and need to go home for work and for the holidays and would like someone to take care of my apartment and cats while I'm away. The benefits for you would be warm weather in the winter and a beautiful scenic town to stay in for two weeks! My cats are 4 and 16 years old and are very loving and affectionate. The elder cat is a bit timid of men so my preference would be either a female house sitter or a couple with at least one female so the cat will be a bit more comfortable. The sitter(s) has to be friendly, respectful of other peoples property, neat and clean and a non-smoker. The cats would need to be fed dry food twice a day and wet food once every morning. The less glamorous parts of the stay would be cleaning out the litter box regularly and vacuuming the carpets now and again. It would also be appreciated if mail could be picked up daily or every other day so it does not start to accumulate. I look forward to your response!
