Hello! Thank you for considering watching our fur babies and taking care of our house. We have two wonderful dogs named Noah and Skitch. Noah will be 7 years old in July and Skitch will turn 6 in November. They are easy-going dogs and only need one walk per day between 3-5PM but that depends on what time you let them out in the morning. They will go in the yard in the morning, and night but need a walk in the middle. They are not time-fed, so food can be left out all day. We are looking for someone who can make them feel loved while we are gone because I know we will surely miss them and we want to know they are safe and happy dogs.
We live in Washington, D.C. Our house has two bedrooms, a living room in the basement and nice kitchen area. Two bathrooms: one next to your bedroom and one in the basement. We live in a residential neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Our home is roughly 7 minutes walking-distance to the Fort Totten Metro Station, which has access to the red, yellow or green lines, which can get you just about anywhere in the city. If you don't have a car but want one to get around the city they have smart2go cars here on just about every block and you can use the app to get one on-demand. In DC all of the Smithsonian museums are free of charge and fabulous to look at, and there are many other museums that are free to visit, as well.
We would love to have someone from July 2nd - July 9th. We leave on the 3rd early mornin and will be back on the 9th.
