Two level beach home positioned on Broadwater in Runaway Bay
Swimming Pool - Pontoon - Sandy Beach - Opposite parkland and very easy walk to restaurants, public transport and shopping centre.
Sadly No Pets to care for, except the friendly Magpies and Butcher Birds that visit hoping to be fed.
Our home is a renovated older style home with 3 bathooms, 4 bedrooms, and 2 living areas.
Our main requiement is to have someone water our plants (mainly pot plants - inside and outside), collect our mail and generally look after the place as if they were the owner.
