We have many years experience as house and farm sitters and understand the need to care for your home, animals and property in a caring and responsible manner. We love animals and will enjoy caring for your pets and as we no longer have any of our own.
We enjoy meeting with your neighbours and family who may wish to check that your home is in good order during your absence. We also like to become acquainted with the town and its facilities.
Our interest consist of Dianne enjoying many forms of Fabric Art and is always on the lookout for new ideas whilst John is very much the Handy Man and attends the Men's Shed regularly when we are at home.
We are registered Volunteers with Department of Environment & Conservation Western Australia, working in the National Parks around Australia. John volunteers with local council as a bus driver and Dianne volunteers as a resource advisor with Volunteering WA. All hold a current Police Clearance for us and we have First Aid Certificates and Working with Children clearances.
Our hostings have been numerous and varied over the last 6 years, from private homes to cattle stations and lots in between with many repeat requests.
Unfortunately during our overseas hosting we will not have a vehicle so will need to be near public transport.
and phone references from previous house sits are available on request.
