I was born and raised in Uruguay but I have lived in the US, France, The Netherlands, England, Costa Rica, Egypt, and Czeck Republic.
I love to travel and to experience unfamiliar places, unique cultures, and original foods.
I am retired, (well, I stopped working so I can travel). I love house sitting because it provides me with the opportunity to go to different places that otherwise I could not afford. And to see places outside the touristic area that otherwise I would not be able to experience.
Through my life, I have had dogs, cats, and a few (7) ferrets too, so taking care of your pets will be a pleasure. I also used to foster pets for the local animal shelter where I was a volunteer. I possess a green thumb and I always had a garden and many plants at my home. I have owned few homes, actually, I built a couple of them, so I know how to appreciate one’s home and the care needed to maintain it.
Right now I am writing another novel, I already published two, so any short or long-term sit will be fine by me.

I have a driver’s license but I do not have a car.
