I am a fifty-eight year old ex-railroad civil servant with experience as owner and manager of a vacation house for ten years. I am non-smoking, non-drinking and never had any offense. I've got a worldwide valid driver's license for cars and motorcycles. I am a passionate driver, cook, gardener and singer. For five years I had five ponies, so I can also take care of your horses. For 30 years I had 4 houses and modernised them myself. With the houses came lots of 800m² to 8000m². Operating them was a lot fun. I always had cats my last very dear one died on Nov. 10, 2014, aged I cared for estates and animals of friends and once sat a house in Boston/Massachusetts. I am now living in the city of Lüneburg in Northern Germany. I am working as trainer for the Do-it-yourself-Academy.
I lived in N.M. for two years and spent many vacations in the States from San Diego/CA to Miami/FL and Montana to Maine. I would like very much to take care of your home and cat(s) while just relaxing and taking short trips. I am very interested in museum railroads.
