Retired very efficient 68 year old lady who is getting a lot of pleasure doing housesitting as an interest in the retirement years.
I also find tremendous pleasure from the home owners arriving home to find their house has been so well cared for and is clean and tidy, just as they would want it to be.
I come from a very good background of professional parents and siblings and would have no trouble getting any necessary references required.
I hold a current police check, which I feel is necessary for housesitting. I have previous housesitting references (to ring too), and a personal reference from my lawyer.
I am able to a photo if this helps in the choosing process.
If I am doing housesits that require distance, I travel with a great bloke, Sam who is a gifted handyman/gardener and completely honest, trustworthy and reliable as I am. He is also a non-smoker and non-drinker who has very good references from his Doctor and Lawyer. We make a really good team and work together to make our housesit extremely successful for the owners.
Rest assured that I would treat your home as I treat my own and that is with tender loving care and Sam is also the same.
I am very experienced in taking care of doggies, having always owned one or two until fairly recently. Feeding, Medication and Walking are followed to the letter and of course the most important thing TLC ! Sam is an avid animal lover of all varieties and very competent.
My only request would be that the dog/s do not sleep on the bed with me as I am a very light sleeper. All my dogs have always slept in the bedroom with me and this is definitely NOT a problem. Cats tend to sleep wherever and I'm happy with that.

Melbourne is a favourite, around the Doncaster area and surrounds. I have relatives who live in Melbourne and it is always nice to have a coffee and catch-up and this is always away from the home. I do not entertain.
Sydney, Northern Beaches is always a favourite too as I have an older brother living up there, he's very special to me.
I am pretty much free to go anywhere that I can reach fairly easily by car or plane, bus etc., in I do love to travel. _________________________________________________ _________________________________________________
