We are a recently retired couple wanting to explore new places. We are healthy and experienced in dealing with living in many different environments from an apartment to a large home on acreage.
We are completely reliable, honest and caring people who respect the property of all others and indeed take care of our home and possessions in the same way.
Outgoing and friendly, we have had animals as pets (including dogs, cats, fish and appreciate the need to care for them as "people".
Both of us enjoy a clean and nicely presented home. It's very much a case of "a place for everything and everything in its place". We find it the best way for us to live comfortably - that's why we are a happy couple!
We can turn our hand to just about anything from fixing things, tending to a garden or simply appreciating a new experience in a previously unexplored location.
We are capable of wearing many hats, from acting on your behalf in a totally professional and reponsible manner if necessary to playing fun games with your treasured pets.

Carol and Geoff Golding spent three months in our house whilst we were overseas mid Their sensitivity to, and appreciation of, our relationship with our house was best captured by their insistence that they depart the day before we arrived home.
After 26 hours en route, we came home to the basics in the fridge so we didn’t need to venture further.
The house was in immaculate condition... bathrooms shiny, kitchen benches and stainless steel in mint condition (a notch up from the condition in which they found the house!) We are on 7 acres, so naturally have regular maintenance arrangements in place. However Geoff and Carol overviewed around the house as we would.

Geoff and Carol recently cared for my home as well as my 2 little dogs. From the moment of first contact with them, I felt comfortable. There was regular correspondence in the months leading up to the housesit which was great.
During the house sit we ed each other regularly. They were great in letting me know how they were getting along with the dogs etc.
I was so impressed with the way in which they left the house - it was so clean and tidy and so nice to come home to after a long journey. They even left fresh bread and milk in the fridge - how considerate! I had lent them a car and it was cleaned and polished as well.
