I am a responsible college professor and IT Systems Analyst relocating to the United States in search of a friendly community where I can settle and re-establish my family and IT consulting business. I have been living abroad in Southern Germany with my wife and two children since two thousand one. My wife is currently working at a German airline company as a flight purser and my children are attending German school until August two thousand thirteen; at which time I plan on having my own home. I am a first time house-sitting applicant, but have a lot of experience caring for home, pets and gardens. I am a non-smoker, very organized and exercise daily. My health is excellent and I take no medication. My wife and kids are grounded in Germany until I have our own place. We all know this will take time and are mature enough to live separately until the right conditions arise. I am financially stable and community responsible. All of my work is done from my laptop. I have two post graduate degrees and I'm working on my PhD. I earn extra money teaching with various universities online only. I will take care of your home and pets as I do my own--with loving care and respect for personal property. I can do minor repairs and love all animals. I understand the love that goes into a home and will assure that your's is well taken care of during your brief absence.
