I am an active, semi retired, educator with a keen interest in travel and living in different parts of the world. I like to spend time in one location to sample the culture and meet new people. I have experienced house sits in France, Australia, and Canada and have used house sitters in my home. I am willing to do gardening and light housework, am very organized, tidy, and responsible and would take very good care of your home. I really enjoy the outdoors and sports including tennis, golf, swimming, biking, and hiking. My hobbies are reading, cooking, and cross stitch. I have a cottage where I spend the months of May to October so only consider housesits in the late fall to early spring. I have one married daughter. I prefer an urban house sit where I can wander a city and get to know its bones. I am looking forward to new adventures.
