Thank you for taking the time to read through my ad and hope you will allow me to look after your house and pets :)
I previously housesat for 2 years, but have gone back to renting for the last 2 years, I am currently building in Piara Waters (near canning vale) but also renting at the moment and looking into possibly housesitting again to save more money. So I have been advised it might be 6-8 months away.
My 13 year old son is currently living with me and goes to Carey Baptist College and he is really good with pets and has housesat with me when I did it 2 years ago. If this is an issue for you he is only with me during school term, then goes away to his dads in the country for school holidays.
Prefer longer term housesits so its less moving
For housesits over 4 weeks I am willing to pay you money but can be discussed if you are happy for me to look after your home and pets.
I have been a public servant for over 10 years and am employed with WA Police as a project leader and have been there for over 6 years. I have a current national police clearance and had a federal police clearnace but that expired.
Prior to commencing with WA Police all potential staff must pass an integrity check also. I am qualified as a personal trainer but currently not training as I have my own personal goal I am working towards this year. So I am not a party animal, don't smoke and very rarely drink due to living a healthy lifestyle.
I have a few references from previous regular owners I housesat for.
I have looked after dogs, cats, guinea pigs, sheep, mice, fish, chickens. I am a quiet individual, I am very thorough with my cleaning, and enjoy gardening so happy to maintain gardens and have maintain pools before also. As I enjoy fitness if your pets need to be taken for runs/walks then happy to bring them along with me or just give them the love and attention they need - I ensure I try to minimise many disruptions whilst you are away and trying to make your pets feel at east with me - normally I request a list of regular duties required - this can include normal eating times, amounts of food, walk times etc
I am concious about sustainability and cost savings (turning off any un-neccesary power) so I would maintain this whilst looking after your houses to assist keeping your bills down.
