I am a fifth generation San Franciscan writer, guitarist, mediator returning to live in the SF Bay Area after building a two-story brick-house on a cliff in Pto. Angel, Oaxaca with my youngest (twenty-nine-yr-old) son over the past ten years. I was a commercial mediator for twenty+ years in forty-four states and have earned a living as a flamenco guitarist and mediator while in Mexico. My living style is to keep a well-organized(tidy) living environment as I frequently teach flamenco guitar students in my place of residence. I am able to repair, wood, stucco, sheet-rock, plumbing, and electrical fixtures and enjoy maintaining a garden and feel tenderly towards animals. (references available)
