I am a recent college graduate and I start my full-time position as a business analyst in the healthcare industry this July . I am exploring all of my options, and house sitting came up! I am very clean/neat, organized, quiet, respectful, and responsible. I have all of the qualities necessary to keep your place exactly how you left it, if not cleaner! Doing something like this would definitley benefit you and myself. I have references available upon request. I would be looking to watch someones apartment in NYC. House sitting appeals to me because I am looking to stay in a nice place, but at a lower cost. Prices in Manhattan are brutal - but I would pay to watch your 'luxurious' Manhattan apartment! In a situation like this I would like to pay somewhere between $ -$ per month at most. A -year term would be best, but I would be open to shorter time periods also.
