Hello, my name is Patti (Patrizia) and my home has been here in North Palm Beach, Florida for many years. I have completed many housesit assignments in my area. I have operated a 12 room Bed & Breakfast in upstate NY just outside of Lake PLacid. My assignments have been diverse and all very interesting. I'm currently house/pet sitting in Ft Lauderdale Florida for 3 weeks. I'm scheduled to fly to Germany on April 3, 2024 and am very much looking forward to coming home for the first time in a very long time.
I am also a CNA (Certified Nurses Assistant) which requires a Level 2 Police Background check every two years. License # I find it very fulfilling to help with the care and quality of life for the elderly. I have many clients past and current when I am home in Florida.
I have owned and operated a 85 seat sports tavern from 2000 to 2006. I find I am capable to do most anything that has anything to do with the hospitality industry or caretaking of people and animals. I have had many animals of my own over the years, mostly cats, but I love them all.
I was born and grew up in Germany and I so very much am looking forward to getting back to Europe. Until recently, it has been impossible to travel. My animals have both left me now in their old age and for the first time in a very long time I am free to travel. I will be flying to Germany in the Spring, March/early April as I have been accepted to a very exciting position am Chiemsee for the first couple of months I am in Germany and will be looking for new assignments continually. I speak fluent German, albeit a bit rusty from lack of use. I have jusst this week applied for renewal of my EU passport as it expired during the Covid pandemic and the consulate General here in Miami has only recently started taking appointments again.
Update as of April 3, 2024: I am here in Germany now, and I do have my EU Passport as well as US. I am officially a dual national and I couldn't be happier that I can stay as long as I want now.
I absolutely adore all animals and will treat yours with love as if they were my own. I'm very responsible, quiet, non smoker, vegetarian, an avid reader, I like to dabble in writing, (I write a small travel blog when at home, palmbeachdaytrips ) and I enjoy my own and the company of animals. My favorite thing is to be in nature, hiking, biking or just walking in the woods, whether that be with dogs or not. I think it's what I miss the most from my childhood, the Sunday walks in the woods. I am an avid gardener and will gladly attend to your garden. Your home will be treated with the utmost care and respect.
