I am a fit and capable retiree. I belong to a bushwalking club and keep myself in good physical health. I have two daughters living in Sydney, and now three grandsons with whom I would like to spend some quality time, which is why I am looking to house-sit around the Sydney area. I am able to care, at a high standard, for your home, your garden and your pets (not cats). I like my surroundings to be neat, clean and tidy, so would continue this practice in your home. I have two dogs of my own which I would have to bring with me as one is elderly and on medication for a heart murmur. He is a medium size dog, a Whippet cross. My other dog is a Corgi cross and she looks like a miniature Coogi. They are well behaved, well socialised around other dogs, do not chew things or dig holes, but they, unfortunately, do not like cats. I walk my dogs twice a day and so would readily include your dog(s) in these walks, as I know how much they enjoy getting out for a walk. My dogs are used to being restrained on leads if you do not have an enclosed yard.
