I am a retired public school teacher and administrator. During my career I coached basketball and track. My wife and I have one son, Nathan, who graduated from Carnegie Mellon University and currently runs a small company. My wife, Linda, has an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh and is a retired hospital administrator who is currently a licensed realtor. We live on acres of land in a rural setting. We maintain our property and our pool, and tend to our adopted cat, Hunter. We had German Shepherds, both of which eventually died of cancer. I have hiked sections of the Appalachian Trail with a couple of my friends. Linda and I enjoy bike riding and also own our own kayaks. We both love the outdoors.
