We are a family of 4 - my husband is an artist and a full time stay-at-home dad, and I own a successful online/manufacturing business. We both homeschool our 2 children (ages 3 and 6). We live and own a house in Barrie, Ontario and are looking for a house to sit in British Columbia for several months as a way to know the country better, enrich our lives with new experiences and adventures as a family, and spend the winter in a different climate while still staying in Canada.
We love traveling, living in new places and countries, learning new languages and being in nature and around animals. We have lived in many places including Spain, the US, France, Israel and Costa Rica, where we built, owned and ran a beautiful 10-room boutique hotel in the mountains for 5 years.
We are responsible, resourceful, caring and conscious of the care and attention required to maintain a property. We will take care of your house and pets with respect and love and will communicate with you regularly so you do not have to worry while you are away, and always know everything is under control and taken care of.
We are hoping to house sit starting in November for 3 to 6 months but we are flexible with the dates and length.
