My career as a writer and social media consultant allows me to work from anywhere, and I want to be able to enjoy this reality to the fullest while providing the helpful service of housesitting to others along the way. A former high school English teacher, I'm trustworthy and detail-oriented. I've owned dogs and cats my whole life and am thankful to have a career that allows for flexibility and freedom to help others while also enjoying new adventures to give me plenty to write about!
I grew up around pools so am able to care for your pool as well as any outdoor maintenance (I was the official lawnmower and helper with all outdoor chores growing up on a -acre former farm land).
For two years, I housesat for my former boss whenever he and his wife would travel, typically for at least a week at a time a few times per year. They lived in a prestigious gated community and had a golden retriever who I loved along with friendly cats. I was also a long-term housesitter for my mom's beach house last year when she was traveling.
