I'm an American journalist based in London. I've lived here the past 13 years and enjoy immersing in other cultures. i am open to a housesit practically anywhere in the world and am happy to or call for an interview. Professionally, I have worked at major TV news networks and interviewed heads of state. I have rented my own flat out through Air BnB, and rented others' with much success. These experiences have refined my approach to being a good host, as well as a guest who "leaves no trace." I grew up with a cat and am very comfortable with them. Equally, I love dogs and have looked after my sister's adorable Shitsu. I am hoping to housesit as a way to live in other cultures for more than a few weeks. Ideally, I am looking for an assignment of weeks to months. In exchange, I'd like to give you peace of mind about leaving your home with a responsible person who is adaptable to many environments and situations. I am an early bird who doesn't smoke and rarely drinks, but does get a high from experiencing new places. I am hoping to find house-sits either in the UK: London, or Southeast, Manchester, Birmingham, Edinburgh, or in countries around the world: Middle East, Africa, South America, or Bay Area.
