Hello, My name is Lucie, I am a 30 year old French world traveller, currently working as a freelance writer, translator and blogger while on the road. I enjoy writing, reading, travelling, hiking, photography and cooking. A housesit is the perfect opportunity for me to discover the local culture of a country and different regions, while working from a nice environment and love and be loved by lovely pets.

I have experience with dogs, cats and rabbits, having owned several of them. I started housesitting about 8 years ago, but I have been doing it on a regular basis for about 2 years now(wide experience in Argentina, France and Japan)

- September 2015: 3 dogs in Buenos Aires (Argentina) for a month.
- December 2015 and May-June 2016: one cat in Bariloche (Argentina) for two different periods of over one month (I was asked to return after a successful first experience).
- November 2016: a cat in Paris for a week.
- December 2016: a French bulldog, a Sheltie and a cat in Tokyo (Japan) for two weeks

I have a long experience in Couchsurfing, which shows I am respectful of people and their houses and I have taken care of different houses during the past years when I was housesharing. I am very flexible and currently looking for short-term, mid-term assignments in New-York, London, Paris, Ireland, Canary Islands, UK, Berlin, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Norway, Sweden, Finland and any other European destinations. I am also open to other destinations if it's the right match, especially in Patagonia, Argentina, South America, Africa and Pacifi Islands
I can take care of your house and pets while you are away and you will not need to worry. I can adapt my services to your needs, whatever you might expect. I am able to take care of cleaning, gardening, hosting guests or others (I speak fluently French, English and Spanish and I have some baics in Japanese), mail and so on.
