Hi, I am a newly retired 67 years young and I am with my daughter Kellie who is 43. Together we started travelling in October 2012 from WA. It was my retirement dream to see more of Australia.
We enjoyed the Sunshine Coast Area for twelve months with family nearby and Kellie managing to find work.
I like to stay active pottering in the garden, fishing, playing bingo, surfing the net, and visiting family. We are both, non smokers and prefer to live a quiet life. We are both tidy and able to look after any small maintenance, gardens, lawns and pools. We have also been the parents of dogs, chooks and ducks and will treat your pets as fur children. Our last elderly dog, Tammy, passed away in 2011 at 19 years of age and was on medication for a few years so we are proficient at giving meds to dogs.
We have enjoyed Pet Sitting whilst travelling north to Cairns and South to Melbourne. We arrived in Tasmania on October 2nd. We are fairly self sufficient in our caravan but enjoy the break in a real home, even for small periods of time.
