Hi, I'm Mandy. I am years of age and part time mum of quiet Kai, yrs old. I share custody week on week off with Kai's father. Kai attends Greenslopes State School, hence the availability and locations during school terms. Why house sitting? Other than the opportunity to save money on accommodation costs. .Its a novel way to meet new people .Provides a great service to people and pets in need with a reliable yet easy going person . I would like to experience and provide exposure to other parts of the city and country for my son and I ters to my fondness of animals and gardening . New surroundings are inspiring and motivating to learn and seek new opportunities.
As a home owner of years I understand what is required to maintain the upkeep internally and externally on my home. I pride myself on my clean and tidy nature and feel at ease when my surroundings are neat and tidy. I am also hoping to save money to further my business and travel and opportunities in the future. I have had animals most of my life and know how to take care of them and nurture them. I can cater to those with anxiety or minor behavioural issues with appropriate guidance. I am happy to invest my own time to get acquainted with your pet's "quirks" :). I thoroughly enjoy the outdoors and love to walk dogs and maintain gardens. I currently work for the Queensland Public Service a day fortnight so I would have plenty of time to keep on top of things at the home and would be home each evening. I am great with communication and would be more than willing to communicate with owner's and neighbours (if necessary) on a regular basis and can follow direction very well particularly if there is a need for bill payments, mail forwarding etc. I have referees available upon request and have had a current police for my recent work contract.
