My wife and I have managed apartment complexes in the past, from to unit complexes. My wife was the main person to meet, interview and organize matters with tenants and vendors. I am an experienced maintenance person with a background in HVAC. I have dealt with plumbing, electrical and other mechanical matters, as well as building exteriors in my career.
I was a commercial property manager for three years in the Phoenix, AZ area, rising from just having a realtor's license to becoming a senior property manager. I enjoyed the tenant and owner relationships that I was able to start and nurture.
My wife and I were also residential property realtors and enjoyed a number of years of caring for properties, getting them ready for sale, and bringing a happy ending to the acquisition.
We love animals, especially dogs. We just lost our precious puppy of years recently.
