My partner and I have enjoyed success in our hometown but we're ready for a change. J was a Restauranteur and Interior Designer with Eco Art Studio, making furniture and art out of reclaimed materials, such as bowling alley wood, cable spools, palettes, etc. I'm a playwright, photographer and former Art Teacher and Education Director at a non-profit, working primarily with at risk youth and adults with mental illness.
We are both homeowners, his in Alamo Heights and mine in Olmos Park, two established, upscale neighborhoods in San Antonio, so we value the care and responsibility of home ownership.
We both love and have extensive experience with animals. I consider myself a "Cat Whisperer," though some would call me a crazy cat lady. J is all about the dogs: big, little, needy, aloof, you name it. Gardening used to be a major hobby for me but the Texas heat is oppressive and I'm ready to get away from it for a while.
I think we are great candidates for house sitting because we are lovers of life, travel, nature and the arts. We are drug-free and love to eat healthy. We were taught proper etiquette by our grandmothers and value hard-work. We really look forward to hearing from you.
