At this time in my life, I’ve got the urge to try something new. House sitting is what I’ve decided to do.
My name is Vince Brown. I’ve lived in Overland Park for years (this time, - before) and since I have been working as a Personal Trainer at several fitness facilities in the area. I had been involved with fitness activities for personal reasons for years prior to ’ and decided to make it an occupation when a friend bought a gym and asked if I’d wanted to train there. I dropped my job like a bad habit and jumped at the opportunity to do and share with others what I enjoyed doing. Also, it would give me a chance to use my B.S.Ed. for the first time. I’d actually get to use my degree, not as one would expect, but use it nonetheless.
I’m essentially brand new at house sitting with only one situation on my resume. I occupied the home of a friend’s mother for months until she decided to sell.
What I’m looking for……
) A location in Overland Park, Leawood or Olathe ) I have no pets, but dogs and I get along extremely well. Dogs are some of my favorite “people”. I’m allergic to cats, but have not difficulty with other types of pets ) Special skills? My “skills” are pretty basic. I’m no one’s handyman, but I keep a clean place to live. ) I tend to make acquaintances easily, some become friends. Good neighbors are a plus. ) The size of the house doesn’t matter. The larger the house, the fewer rooms I would use. ) I don't drink or use tobacco in any form

I’ve never been married, no children. I am what I call an “Uncle by proximity”, meaning I could play with the children of my friends, then give ‘em back when I was done.
