Melplash is a linear Dorset village with a church and great pub serving meals. Equal distance from the bustling twice weekly market town of Bridport, the Jurassic coast and West Bay is 3 miles further on - Beaminster is a lovely "set in time" small town with lots to explore, great walks from the square,(leaflets available from tourist office Yarn Barton).
The property is easy to keep clean, having been recently renovated, with far reaching views on 3 sides of the lounge. Large garden, patio, and courtyard provide a selection of seating and eating area's.
Accommodation is a twin bedded room with vanity unit, next door is the large walk in shower, toilet and vanity unit, large eat in kitchen with electric hob and built in oven + a combination microwave, tall freezer, tall fridge. Utility room with seperate toilet.
I am looking for a couple or two friends who will share the twin bedded room, feed and walk my 2 large friendly dogs. A single person used to strong dogs will be considered. (dogs do not need very long walks but can do), feed cats, feed Koi carp.
Attached to the property is a self catering holiday apartment which just requires being available for the security of guests.
N.B. reception of mobile phones in the village from some providers can be a hit and miss affair same reason no Wi fi but establishments in Bridport can be used. A telephone box is opposite the pub.
