Hi We're a quiet, responsible, non-smoking couple who have been in the rentals business part-time as owners and clients for decades. We have an excellent track-record; especially with as renters. Howard has a D.Phil. in theoretical physics but has worked since university in the IT business. Jill is fashion designer who turned her attention to interior architecture and design after qualifying. We recently sold our last substantial rental property on the Cote d'Azur (French Riviera) with the aim of using our spare time to travel. We love to experience other cultures (or just more of our own!) and we prefer to spend time in "real" communities rather than hotel complexes! We have masses of experience as owners, renters and house-sitters. We are extremely careful and respectful people who value the property and requirements of others. Howard has a great deal of IT and DIY experience; whilst Jill is a brilliant homemaker and gardener. We have a small footprint and we both spend time using the internet to maintain contact with our friends, family and colleagues.
