We are a professional couple taking an extended holiday. We are looking for someone to mind our house and our dog, cat and birds. We have a very affectionate 3 yo cat named Jinx, a 9 yo Staffy cross named Razer ( dont be fooled by the name, he's really a wimp ), and an outside aivary with some zebra finches and quails. The birds are quite self contained, fresh water and seeds every couple of days is all the attention they need. The house is a 3 bedroom bungalow. One bedroom is set up as a study, with cable broadband and wifi ( available for our sitters use ). There is a separate dining room, kitchen with the usual mod cons, and living area with 55in LCD TV and surround sound. Large bathroom with corner spa. The house is a 2 minute walk to busses to the City, Ashfield, Burwood or Strathfield stations. Use of a car can be included if desired. We are leaving on 11th April, so would prefer our sitters to arrived a few days before to ease transition, and stay for a few days after we return on 24th July. Some care of the garden is required, simply watering, mowing the lawn and pulling a few weeds.
