I'm looking for someone to sit my dogs and house May 20 - June 8. You'd need to stay at the house as the dogs do not sleep outside at night and cannot be locked in the house alone. One dog takes a pill every other day. Dogs do not need to be walked (I have a large yard), but they are used to a lot of attention. I prefer a female, non smoker who is responsible. I am somewhat flexible on this.
This is sunny Las Vegas and it does get hot in the summer. It probably will not be bad in late May, early June. I live on the NW side of town, away from the strip. Sitter would need their own vehicle. There are plenty of shopping places (WalMart, Target, etc.) around where I live. there are also plenty of grocery stores (Smith's, WalMart, Target, Albertso's, etc.). Some are in walking distance, but I'd recommend driving, as it will be warm (unless you go early in the morning). There is also a Las vegas Athletic Club nearby -- walking distance.
I live in a gated community with a small park -- nice for walks. Of course, Vegas has lots to offer from casinos, to water parks, to movies and bowling. Just about anything you want to do, you can.
The sitter would also be responsible for watering a few plants and bushes in the rear yard and making sure that weeds do not appear in front yard (my HOA is strict). Just pull them if seen. Sitter would have access to entire house (3 bedroom + den, 2 bath), except two rooms (Master and den). Own private bathroom in hall.
