Our home sits on 3.5 areas of land, we need someone who will look after our trees that are only 5 years or less old. We have 2 dogs, 1 cat, 6 sheep, 13 chooks and 2 alpacas. Minimalcare is required for all of the animals, although the dogs will tell you different. Our property lies just on the edge of town, which has most of what you would want on a daily basis, supermarket, hairdresser, newsagent, chemist, doctors and hospital, cafes,restaurants etc, with a major city just 50 kms away. Our home is only 5 years old so it is easy care. It has 4 bedrooms but one is used for an office, 3 bathrooms, 1 is outside,ducted gas heating and evaporative airconditioning, the house uses tank water but can turn over to town water. The property is in a quiet no through road.
