I am a retired educator, father and grand-father.  My working years were spent in the education and evaluation of children with psychiatric problems.  I lived in Europe for 9 years and it was the highlight of my life and I miss it very much.  Although I love travel, I love even more settling into a European environment and just relaxing and feeling like a local.  I am a meticulous cleaner, good cook, love gardening and animals so I am confident I could fulfill most of the needs required of a housesitter.  I practice Buddhist mediation daily and run/swim so I would like to continue those daily activities although I understand that swimming opportunities might be limited.  Thanks for considering me!  Mark
